# COVID-19 & Brenda Curtwright & Associates

**Brenda Curtwright and Associates (BCAA)** will remain open for business during normal operating hours at this time.  BCAA  is closely monitoring the progression of  COVID-19 virus and is taking every precaution as recommended by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to provide the safest environment. To provide the safest environment we request the following:

 

1. Stay at home if you are sick or have any of the following symptoms: fever, trouble breathing, cough,  runny nose, or. Headache.
2. Stay at home if you have recently traveled via plane or cruise ship.
3. Appointments will be staggered by 10 minutes to reduce overlap of patients. Please arrive for your appointment exactly on time.  Frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected between appointments (tables, doorknobs, countertops, telephones, tablets, and keyboards). 
4. Appointments via tele-practice (services provided via the internet or telephone) will be available. You will be informed of this option ahead of your appointment time  if your insurance covers therapy via tele-practice or if you are a private pay patient.
5. Please wash your hands before coming into and exiting the office or use hand sanitizer  upon coming into the office and before leaving.

 

BCAA appreciates your cooperation and we are taking every precaution to provide the safest environment as your safety is our highest priority.  **We will waive any cancellations fees until further notice.**
